Mouth Taping
Taping the lips shut at night to force nasal breathing. Weak evidence, real caveats.
Mouth taping is promoted for better sleep, jawline and nasal breathing. Nasal breathing itself is generally good, but the evidence that taping improves sleep quality or appearance is thin, and it is not safe for everyone — particularly anyone with nasal obstruction or possible sleep apnoea, where it can mask or worsen a real problem.
It is a popular looksmaxxing habit with more hype than evidence, and the safety caveats are rarely mentioned.
