Looksmin
Community slang for habits that actively make you look worse — the opposite of looksmaxxing.
Looksmin (or looksmining) describes behaviours that undo appearance gains: chronic sleep deprivation, heavy drinking, smoking, no sun protection, poor posture, crash dieting, and neglecting grooming. The useful insight behind the slang is that removing negatives is often faster and cheaper than adding positives. Most people have two or three looksmin habits that cost them more than any product could give back.
Before buying anything, stopping the habits that work against you is the highest-return move available — and it is free.
